Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time the payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2.1. Domestic Shipping (Germany): Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the shipping address.
International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the order. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery, which are outside of Sticky Tikiβs control.
3.1. We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and Deutsche Post for the delivery of your order. The specific carrier will depend on the size and destination of your order.
3.2 Shipping to a PACKSTATION is possible. Please make sure to enter your details correctly including your POSTnr at the checkout.
4.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the carrierβs website.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Sticky Tiki. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1.1. Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
1.3. Custom Items: Custom products, such as those featuring designer artwork, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase, as custom items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.
2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within the return period. Please provide the following details:

3.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4.3. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.

For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Sticky Tiki will not cover the cost of customs charges or duties for returns from outside of Germany.
